If you mean bulldoging as in pressuring you to the point where you're not able to defend then[1][P] is a good move to use. When Lei-Fei is pressuring you he will have a shift in stances, be patient and wait for his [2][P][+][K][+][G] stance and press [1][P] to disrupt him. It will make lei-fei back off of you because he can no longer barrage with his shift in stances. If you make a confirmed [1][P] counter hit you can follow up with [6][P][P] then you must defend.

But you must be careful and defend cautiously after[6][P][P] , when this happens because a good majority of Lei-fei practitioners will back dash and try to launch you with his mortal kombat uppercut to try and turn the table on you.

Another good move to use if Lef-fei is bulldogging you if he shows his back alot in stances. Shun's [6][6][K] is a good move to use because Lei-fei can't sabaki it from his backturned stance, you can follow it up with a short [4][6][P][P][P][6][P][+][K] combo or [P][P][4][P][P] combo. [6][6][K] is also a good move to use because it can prevent Lei-fei in trying to escape his backturned situation by doing switching stances backwards and the reverse flying kick to [2][P][+][K][+][G] stance. (Make sure you have at least 7 to 8 [DP] to be on the safe side.;))
