Ack, dude, someone (you?) just asked this like two days ago. I was one of the people who answered. Do a little digging on your own before making new posts, most of the shun di stuff is right there in shun's section on this site (click home, then click shun's name on the left).

You can also use the search button up top next to main index. A search for key words will usually get you what you want. Like if I want to know the best way to drink after the round, I'd search for "best drink after round"... you get the idea.

The u+K and u+K+G are the same and there isn't any difference, except using u+K+G might make sure you don't accidentally do a hopkick I guess.
