I was wondering if anyone could clear up this problem i am having with shun. I want to know exactly what does his u/d pkg sidestep get away from. i have been able to go thru some sweep attacks but usually get nailed. Also i wanted to know about his standing drinking does he have invincibility to some standing moves? Lastly, when hopping on one foot does anyone have any good sidestep tactics to share on that one? it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. /versus/images/graemlins/wink.gif

When he's hopping with one foot, I usually attack with a low sweep. I think his kick will still hit if you are too close when you attempt the low sweep.

When he drinks standing up, he bends backward that's why most high attacks will miss. So, you should dash forward before attempting a high attack. Otherwise try long range mids and lows.

I use Lion so I don't know what exact moves to tell you. (you're using Wolf right? /versus/images/graemlins/smirk.gif) I'm not sure, but I think throw him when he does some of his special evades.

The [2][P]+[K]+[G] is quite lame in terms of evasive. Basically, it will evade a 1-hit attack. Knee, Elbow, etc. Anything w/ two hits - forget it.

It's much better in Evo, as if you don't throw the rest of the string in there ([P][P]_ you're in BT, and can go for the [K]+[G] or the BT throw.

When he stands and drinks, some moves will whiff, depending on space. Usually, a high jab or something. I generally don't drink when I'm in striking dsitance, so can't comment more. also - some mids will miss him when he's drinking on the ground as well.

The side step in Drunken Stance (on one foot) is about the same as the [2][P]+[K]+[G] evade -- not that good. Do remember though that you've got a throw, as well as a high, low, and mid. I the evade isn't that good unless you're out of striking distance and want to lure your opponent in.
