Shun's Second Curse Item

Does anyone know how to get shun's second curse iteam, the one thats like a huge woman mask, i think it's cool but i don't know how to get it, please help

Curse items for characters are all pretty much the same (at least in the arcade -- someone correct me if I'm wrong).

The tutankamen mask is when you lose w/ three excellents.
Item 1 - when you eat 15 attacks in one round
Item 2 - above 2-dan and get 10 losses in a row.

There are some special conditions, and I think Shun has one of them -- 2-dan or higher, and lose 6 rounds in a row via ringout, although I've never gotten this to work.
