Singapore Evo Movies

Hey guys,

I bought a digital camera a few days ago that could also record movies. The first place to test it, I thought, would be at the arcades with our favorite game. Who knew the arcade police at our local place didn't allow recording of movies...for whatever reason.

Anyway, I didn't get a chance to capture that many matches so the quality of matches are very "every day," but I've posted them all up anyway since I really didn't have enough to pick and choose from. The format is QuickTime and the resolution is low (160 x 120) but very viewable even when the screen size is doubled.

Danny (Lau) vs Alucard (Jacky)
ice-9 (Kage) vs Alucard (Jacky)

P.S. Alucard must've not pressed the record button properly because all the matches he was supposed to record didn't come through--hence his being in every match that was properly *ahem* recorded.

P.P.S. In fact, there might be some sort of curse or something. There were a couple other matches that others tried to record that didn't have Alucard playing...somehow those clips were not recorded. Weeird.

 

How come I can hear Jeff swearing and cursing in almost all the matches?

Yup, but the file sizes are huuuge and I don't have any software to compress it...plus my camera would only be able to take 15 minutes worth (versus about an hour on 160 x 120). 160 x 120 is not bad right? About 8MB per clip.


Summah: LOL, I wasn't the only one doing the commentary...

 

160x120 = 'help ,mah eyes hurt aieeeeeee' type of movies~

 

Could you possibly post the win ratio's of those who had them?

 

Sorry? Why would you need to know? They're meaningless, since Singapore's win percentages aren't comparable to anywhere else.

In any case, Alucard's Jacky and Lau are around 60%, his Pai is 50%; Danny's new Akira card is around 75%, his Lau and Kage are 60%; my Wolf is 50% and my Shun is around 65%. My Jacky card is also near 60%, but I'm dropping him as he's ruining my Kage...and we all know what happened to my Kage card.

Correct me if I'm wrong anywhere guys, or post your own exact win percentages if you like.
