Singapore players: Joysticks. Your pick? Tekken or homemade?

Recently, received a phonecall from my old friend. He was raving to me about being able to obtain homemade joysticks, but at a cut throat price.

At the same time, he was aware that I already bought 2 tekken arcade sticks. Then, he started blasting at my 2 arcade sticks for having such narrow spacing between the stick and the buttons, and suggested that his source's arcade sticks are way better.

According to him, his source's arcade sticks are custom made and the base made of wood. And, he boasted that the base could be made as high as requested. From his point of view, he said its better than tekken stick cos' "you have to put the tekken stick on ur lap and nowhere else."

I almost felt so put off by his remarks because I'm the owner of the tekken sticks and not him. Whether an arcade is good or not is a matter of personal opinion. Not everyone has hands like shinz. Its obvious.

Yet, he went on to ask me, if I had any friends who might be interested in the homemade sticks. And, I replied that "All of them had already upgraded to tekken sticks."

Besides, I don't think I would want to recommend anyone to buy his homemade sticks. The prices are cut throat. Anyone who buys it would probably lose an arm or a leg doing so. Price of one homestick is nearly twice of a brand new tekken stick. /versus/images/icons/frown.gif

Ask your friend whether he wants a sake in exchange for a stick.
I would gladly give him mine.

What's the price of the home-mades? Ask him to post some pics and price plans, I'd be interested if they are decent.
