SoCal Earthquake

Look, we've all heard about the SoCal earthquake, 5.4 on the ricter scale. As many of our members are from SoCal, I thought you might like to share them. Where were you, and what did it feel like, damage, etc. when it happened on 11.42am June 29 2008?

 

I hope everyone is alright! From the reports I read this morning, there weren't any fatalities. I hope that still holds true as of now.

 

It was incredible. I lying on my bed and nothing happened.

I felt more when the British earthquake happened. At least there was the exciting feeling of the walls shaking then. I feel ripped off.

 

some shaking no real issues... now we wait for the after shocks

 

I was talking on the phone to a new client in the area. We both stopped talking for a few seconds. Then it shook harder and there was profanity. Then it stopped. Nothing fell over at the office and only a couple of things at the house.

Every earthquake that isn't "The Big One" is a free pass in my book.

I prefer them over volcanoes, tornadoes, tsunamis, typhoons, and hurricanes.

 

Glad the SoCal crew is allright. And yeah, pray we don't ever see the "Big One."

I heard the earthquake was caused from the humongous amount of VF talent on the west coast. How true is this?
