    Brisal and Plague were both at Friscos. Plague handed the DVD to Brisal. Brisal allready had the T-shirt, he was wearing it at the southtown arcade stream.

    I figure everyone else in the states should get there's by the end of the week, or sometime next week. For those out of the states maybe about 2 weeks. This is all speculation but it sounds about right to me.
