I was talking to Frank, the manager of Frisco's on Tuesday. He said "I'll make sure that our gamer waitress is on staff that day." I think it's the same lady that gave PineTree her number.

Not sure if this was thought of, but have you ever thought of streaming the event live?

Seems to be the thing to in fighting games these days.

Plus, if someone like Haunts shows up I am sure he could help.

Also, any thoughts of promoting this through other sites like Shoryuken, iPlaywinner, or VersusCity. This might help bring in new faces and push the scene even more when VF5FS comes out.

Just some ideas... late

I was talking to Alex Valle about it yesterday. Specifically the singles tournament at Frisco's. There are details to work out.

Everything should be finalized come April. Just have to get the time off work and get the plane tickets bought. So yes mark me down and unless anything happens I should be there.
