space shuttle columbia breaks up/explodes during re-entry

    Hm.....

    All 7 died, no survivor. I believe the space shuttle is too old and maybe going wear out soon.

    THe main problem is nasa's budget continues to get slashed with wreckless abandon. Most of the shuttles should (Disovery, for example) should continue to function fine if Nasa had the budget they need and require to keep them maintained properly. Going into space, is not akin to a sunday drive.
