    To paraphrase what has been said at one time; If the champ isn't respected by his peers, is he the champ? When I was done with the tourney a couple of friends came up to me including Jacko, and Cobratron and they said that I played really well. And that felt just was good getting as 3rd place if not more. Still have a long way to go though. Anyways back to our regular schedule program. Guess I'll need some popcorn to enjoy the rest of this thread.

    Regardless of the rules about selecting a specific vs random stage, you shouldn't be allowed to change your mind after a selection.

    I definitely should have asked before hitting random if I could select the stage. It was messy, not in any way ideal, and a tricky situation to say the least. This does bring a good question to the forefront, how do we want to handle when someone picks the wrong character or stage (when available) in a tournament?
