The show has degenerated in the course of a few seasons to being fresh, witty, and funny to nothing more than a lumbering cash cow that keeps going for the masses who still consume it.

I'm not a big fan of the Simpsons anymore, I think its starting be abnoxious. I love Futurama though, thats pretty much the only thing my TV is used for besides VF

 

Yeah Homer chill, you don't get rewarded for posting on every topic. Why not add something when you have some useful information.

The Simpsons is nearing the end of an era, I think they lost something when Phil Hartman died. And for the record this isn't like Gamefaqs.

No way, I post alot more than Homer does.

PS, I have never really liked the Simpsons (or any Fox show for that matter). Like Zero said, the show just gets worse and worse, I doubt I will ever watch it again in my life. The SNES and Arcade games for the simpsons are a positive though, they are usually high bid items on Ebay.

I love the Simpsons. It's not near as funny as it used to be, but seasons 3-8 were fucking hysterical. It's still good, just not quite as shocking.
