Yo is there any chance to get casuals in before the tournament or is there not enough setups with the other tournaments running?

If there are casuals before-hand, who is showing up early / when?

I'd also be down for casuals AFTER, not looking to drive 3 hours to NY for a few matches of VF and leaving

 

From my experience from the first tourney:

I arrived at 5:15PM.

They were two casuals VF setups going on. The tournament started promptly at 6 and finished before 8.

We then had a few more casual setups going on until the last of the VF'ers left Next Level at closing which was around midnight.

 

I'll be there for casuals afterwards for sure. Wont' need to run out like last time.

Thanks for running the tournament, and my apologies again to Andrew (the dude organizing the tournament) for totally spacing out when he introduced himself to me. Went the whole day without eating or even having a drink of water, so I was totally out of it lol.

Uggg. Well I got blown up again, but I had a fun time at my 1st next level experience. If I can, I show up to casuals on tuesdays.

 

Congrats to Denkai! I still can't believe how nervous I get in a tournament scene. Dropping combos is no bueno!!! Next time I will use Taka hahahaha!

There were some bad issues with the stream sound quality, but we had sound on our end. VF2 was playing.

 

I didn't get to eat until 3 AM X_X. But I hope you guys had a good time. This is becoming my favorite community. They show up for starters to more than the first tournament .
