The morning after

OUch, my entire body is in pain from 5 hours of breakdancing last night....this could definatly be defined as a contact sport!

 

lol you breakdance?? seriously?? hehe coo .. im not tryin to put you down or nuthin i was just suprised to see this thread..... oh by the way what moves can you do? hmmm well im guessing since you're a martial arts teacher you can probably do......... a lot hehe.

 

Well, in breakin' I am still putting the basics together...I got a really good six step, a lot of lock'npop moves...I have, on the ground: turtles, working in windmills and flairs, hallow backs and a few differen't freezes..I fucked my right elbow up by doing a barrell roll from a turtle..entire body came down on it and it fuckin' hurts now!

 

hey it's all good.... im pretty heavy set so i mostly do style.. my bro in the other hand is better than me.... where you from??? my bro and i are from cali and we go to most breakin (b-boy/b-girl) tournaments. my bro and i aren't currently in a crew but we practice here and there.

ohhhhh wait just checked out your profile you're all the way in the east coast....... hmmm well we live pretty close to the famous crews like style elements and rockforce crew maybe you have heard of them.... anyway yea it's all good.

I am sure there are a bunch I am missing...I am getting into the mc battling circuit in d.c this summer...that is what I originally got into with hip-hop.

Yeah, their name has come up a few times...I can't name specific crew members though.
