The Shoutbox Shut Out!

I'm at it again, the Shakedown will still be a regular thing this
is just me on some entirely new shhhhhhhhhhh. The Shoutbox Shut
Out is for those who can never seem to make the Shakedown due to
scheduling conflicts. So here goes the SHUT OUT! Straight from
ShoutBox big SUG style.

EDITED RULES
All players start in Tier one! Noones been defeated!
As you lose new tiers are created. So the first week there is
only the first tier. The second week the first tier, and the
second tier. Third week, first tier, second, tier, and third
tier.

Tier one = undefeated.
Tier two = 1 loss.
Tier three = 2 losses

Each week everyone in a tier fights one person in their current
tier. Eventually there will be an odd number of players in a
tier. The player without a matchup is considered the "WILDCARD"
player. For example:

There are 7 players in a tier. One player isn't given a match.
That player is the WILDCARD player. He can challenge any
of the winners in the tier that week to earn his tier spot. This
way everybody has a match every week. The most matches in a week
you'll have is potentially 2: assigned matchup and the wildcard.

YOU'LL NEED TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR ROUNDS WON TO DETERMINE YOUR
SEATING IN THE ROUND ROBIN ELIMINATION ROUND.

The Elimination Round:
When there is only 1 tier one player left. The remaining tiers
battle it out in a single elimination best 3 out of 5 vs all
players left in their tier round robin style to determine their
tiers champ. You will be seated by rounds WON, least rounds won
will start first, most will be last.

FINALS:
The final match is a handicap match as tier champs battle it
out to determine SHUT DOWN champion. The remaining
tier champs battle ONLY the tier one champ. If you defeat the
tier one champ the remaining tier champs must
face you until there is only one tier one champ left.

Tier 1 champ: needs to beat all other tiers once to eliminate.
Tier 2 champ: needs to beat tier 1 twice..
Tier 3 champ: needs to beat tier 1 three times...and so on.

(If you're wondering why you went down a tier without
losing it's because I didn't get a report that your fight
actually happened. Or that you didn't make some attempt to
accommodate your opponent. Your fights MUST be completed
during that week. If your opponent doesn't show or contact you
let me know; otherwise you both go down a tier. For instance
I was not readily available to fight Blahzie so I was moved
to Tier 2 despite the fact that I didn't lose!)
