thinking of the future. a vf prediction thread.

well now that vf5 is on its way, it is time to make predictions on what the next vf game will be like.

well anyways, here are my predictions


<ul>[*]lei-fei will master the ko-en-ken style from lau and either be able to toggle the two styles or they will be integrated.[*]if lei-fei doesnt continue ko-en-ken, lau will find a successor. [*]goh will either quit or destroy j6 and either change styles ala jin kazama from tekken or get a tan[*]shun and lau will retire due to old age/disease/lack of a liver. some one will take shun's place[*]taka-arashi will come back(not very likely)[*]kage destroy j6, save his mother, and cure her disease.[*] someone gives up for lack of skill[*] eileen will "mature" (im sorry it had to be said)[/list]

you have heard it here first. only time will tell what happens. also, im not sure of the Vf5 story, so one or more of these may have happened(the lines about goh and kage).

 

I always thought that Shun was going to teach Lei some of his moves, since Shun was looking for a protege to pass his skills on to and when I saw that one of Lei's new stances was lying down I thought "hmmmm, what if..."

I also thought that VF would have took a page from Tekken by now and had at least 2 of the VF fighters dating. I think a kid by Pai and Akira would make an interesting character.

Yeah, but the kid would of course speak japanese, cause that's the language that non-English speaking characters use in VF. It could be a German person, but would speak Japanese (or a funny English ).

Anyway, I always thought, that ultimately Lau would teach Koen-ken to Pai, beacuase Lei-Fei would not deserve it.
Lei Fei would be cast out of his Shaolin temple, and go on a quest to find a teacher, that would teach him some kind of forbidden powerful techniques.
Kage would save his mother, who would teach him more about his style, and show some more powerful moves she remembers from being Dural.
Shun is just going to find someone to pass his knowledge onto, that's all /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif But! A young person would add some of his/her own ideas to the style, making it faster, and more dangerous /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

Brad' going to be kick-ass m....f...er like he is not, but he is going to find a chick for himself, who would of course be a playable character, and use for example: Taekwondo, or Karate, or something that would replace Sarah without changing too many of her moves /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif ( I think TKD is the best option here).

Please!!! Don't kill me for trying to replace Sarah, I just wanted her to use something more like Taekwondo
Sarah goes home to mama, and stays there. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

Van stays the way she is.
The same with Lion, but he's finally after voice mutation /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif
Wolf finds a new style to train, to widen his punches/kicks attacks variety
Jeffry gets a new brain, and learns to speak like a human instead of barking like a dog.
Goh actually gets tan, and widens his Judo to BJJ
El Blaze grows taller
Eileen gets boobs
Jacky gives up estrogen, and gets a better voice, and learns some new moves
And we need some new fighters, because I killed/sent home few of them

Oh, and a character will become top tier and people will complain about a nerfed move.

Poor Brad has to give up fighting ("too violent for my kids!" cries the missus), womanizing (or else risk death-by-Aoi) & being a prick. Instead, Brad becomes successful with "The Brad Show", a series about a womanizing scoundrel who loves fighting. It is only beaten in ratings by Eileen's new show -- "Wonder-bra Girl".[*]Vanessa, while guarding the Bryant family, gets so damn annoyed by Jacky that she takes his virginity to get him to STFU. Jacky learns to STFU, lowers his voice & becomes top-tier.

This act also earns Van Sarah's unending hatred. [*]Lion's legs get crippled when Jeff accidentally stumbles over him (seeing as he couldn't accurately see a shorty like that). Lion goes on to win the 6th tournament, fighting from a rocket-powered wheelchair, by ramming everyone else out of the ring.[*]Wolf decides to make some real money, so he enters the WWE with El Blaze as his tag-team partner. They become crowd favourites & make millions, until the storyline says they have to become enemies (after about 4months), and Wolf rips off El Blaze's mask in the ring. However, this reveals the face of the Coolest Man On Earth (tm), and a new Ice Age is only averted by the fury in El Blaze's eyes.
The bitch-slap he gave Wolf will be remembered for all time.[*]Shun, needing a new successor, finds the perfect candidate in Pai Chan, now a hard-drinking ex-movie star bitter at being replaced by "that slut, Eileen". After teaching her for barely 3 months, Shun dies of alcohol poisoning in a drinking contest -- with Pai. Believing that her master's death was a sign she should seek out Eileen & cat-fight her for revenge, Pai immediately leaves for Hollywood.[*]Having failed to fulfill their assassination missions, Goh & Lei-Fei team up & endure many wacky hi-jinx all across Asia. That is, until one day Goh, spurred by their constant closeness, confesses his feelings for Lei -- and is rejected. He subsequently holes himself up in his room & ends up writing into his LiveJournal constantly. Lei, meanwhile, visits a brothel.[*]Kage's mother dies a tragic, tragic death. With nothing else to live for, Kage decides to stop being a ninja, and spends the rest of his life metal-plating all his possessions. His Nissan Skyline is so damn shiny, it's illegal.[*]Akira, tired of always losing to Kage, one-ups him by gold-plating all his possessions & putting neon lights all over his modded Impreza.[/list]
