    Anyone know the timing for this where the [4][3]+[P]+[K] floats your opponent? It's very tricky.

    [P]+[K]+[G]~ [P] ~ [6]+[P]+[G] -> [4][3]+[P]+[K]

    Actually, that combo is character specific and works in any Evo version.

    The only characters it works on are: pai, brad, lion and lau.

    After the [4][3][P]+[K] go for [6_][K][K][P].

    I've seen the bounce hit work on Aoi actually when I tested. It only happened near the wall though.

    So....what's the timing though??

    Jeffry's recovery from the [6][P]+[G] is molasses. I basically just wait until Jeff's able to move & bounce them then...If I miss I'll miss late. One thing I imagine you could do is go to training and set up the little execution/recovery bars so that you [4][3][P]+[K] upon recovery from the throw. Hope this helps.

    I don't think it's any version, Myke. We've tried a zillion times to do it on our arcade Japanese version here in Toronto and have never got it to work. Don't quite know what version our Japanese machine is - likely some test version. It's a breeze to do on the PS2, so at least we know we were doing it right. /versus/images/graemlins/smile.gif

    cheers.

    Is that the catch throw that the CPU has to block the [P] for it to work.
