[IMG] The sixth Tokai Bay Area Cup team tournament starts on May 12th, 2012 at 8 PM JST. The event will likely be streamed on Chinobrad's Ustream Channel. Team Family Gyouza for 3 (ファミリー餃å3人å‰) [Mukku (TA) / Keisuta (SH) / Kanzen Nitaku (WO)] remains the dominant team with all three members' respective 2012 Pre Beat-Tribe Cup single character teams reaching the Final Tournament Stage.

The Bay Area Cups 3on3 tournaments are unique in that teams made at the beginning of the season remains the same at the end of the season. For past tournament summaries and other information, please check the Virtua Fighter Relationship 2011-2012 Season thread. The second post in the thread have a list of teams and team members participating in the Bay Area Cups (not comprehensive).

Update May, 12th: Archive of the Tokai Bay Area Cup event. Check posts within this topic for summary and results.

Winner of the the 6th Tokai Bay Area Cup in the spoiler:

      Gods of Thunder Ranking Battle
After the tournament, players with the God of Thunder Rank (Gouraishin) battle it out (Post Tournament - Part 1 link). The players with that rank were Yogo Kage (KA), Mukku (TA), Kanzen Nitaku (WO), Keisuta (SH), and Chopppaa (LI). In most of these ranking battles, majority of the players will get demoted. Few get promoted and sometimes no rank is gained. Spoilers for summary of the results.
