Just finished watching the vids. Some good stuff -- you get to see Goh doing more than just this mulit-judo-throw thring. Akira is there with some whacky items (a towel or something hanging off of his belt, and some sort of black mask). There is also a nice pai match showing off alot of new stuff of her's.

MY best guess is that she's got a skull, or a seal pup, on her shoulder. As crazy as it sounds my best guess is the seal pup.

In any case, my fave out of this movie set is probably the Aoi vs. Pai movie (bottommost). Lots of interesting new techniques shown for both characters, especially Pai, whom we haven't seen that much of thus far.

I don't know what the name of it is, but it's an owl -- a very 'cartoony' one if you know what I mean. Kind of goofy. I thought it was a snowman at first, as it's so round. IT's really hard to tell unless she wins the match.

Shun has a shoulder animal as well this time - named Ugusui Joe, which is a sparrow or some kind of bird.

 

Any shoulder animals fro Lion or Aoi?
I was so jealous of Kage and Akira's Risu-san and Usagi-san, as they are so extremely cute.

 

So far, not yet. Not too big on the shoulder animals I must say.

No offense, Adio, but generally people do that anyway. Some people go as far as mentioning some things of interest in clips, such as combos, items, flowcharts, etc.

In some cases, Daioh for example, you can enter the url in the translator (Cafeglobe, Altavista/World Translate). That will translate the names of the characters in English.

But I think I understand where you're coming from (as it relates to downloading time). I download using a modem. /versus/images/icons/confused.gif /versus/images/icons/blush.gif

Isn't Broadband all over the UK -- especially London? I don't mean to rub it in, but it's one of the few things I can. Japan was SOOO fucking late in getting anything that wasn't slow, and didn't cost 3 cents per minute you were dialed into (no shit -- my old internet phone bills were about $200 USD a month). Now, it's cheaper to have ADSL or Cable than anything.

 

Yeah, we have it in the UK. I just haven't got round to getting it. It's on my "to do" list.
