Sega is all about mind games as far as VF is concerned. We should wait until TGS is over before anything is said concerning the games they mention. I am keeping my opinion to myself as far as whether or not I believe something will actually happen.

 

I played PSO on Dreamcast quite a lot and played battle 6 mode so much.

by the way, I think most people on VFDC are really nice and pure on other people. I may not straightforwardly be able to believe in someone say anything "on the internet". I guess I am used to the anonymous BBS too much.

 

SEGA can announce FS whenever they want, although TGS looks like a perfect timing if we expect FS hits on consoles around next spring.

I don't get it, why does SEGA register FS tradmark without saying anything? Is that a fake news?

 

Its pretty cheap and doesn't require much effort. They can do it "just in case". This is why I didn't get hyped.

SBO tournament is this Saturday and Sunday. VF5FS tournament, all 32 teams, is Saturday. The three SF games are Sunday with ST/3S only being 16 teams. The stream is pay-per-view on Nico Video, and it's not that cheap. I just got word from Nico Support that American IP addresses will work. So if you want to watch SBO stream this year it's not free. No word on if SBO will have DVDs for games.

 

SBO should be just starting right about now actually. You can buy access to the stream right here: http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv26328404 One day access is roughly 18USD (today is the day they have the VF5 tourney.) I'm guessing you need to already have a niconico account to buy it though.
