Im just curious but I put junosynth and CIDKID on top i'll let u guys fill da rest of the top ten US lei fei users

 

Ken I definitely leveled up from last year. He would be top 10 without question.

 

Have 10 US Lei players even won a tournament yet? Things like this should really only be based on tournament performance, I think.

Cid's the Lei to beat. Juno is right up there with him, but I go with Cid because Juno doesn't play online that much. And ' YES ' I only through my name in their for kicks, so flaming is unnecessary it was meant to be read as a joke.

Where's the ranking from? Which Tournaments?

 

LOL yeah what are the qualifications here? I'm sure theres some Steven Hawking-esque dude who has never seen the light of day sitting in his basement pwning the game with all excellents in quest mode for ps3. I even bet theres a dude that plays with his toes. Imagine losing to some dude with a pedicure! That'd be some good shit

Eh, I don't play many Leis worth mentioning online BUT
Out of those I have played against in order:

Konjou Akira: I can't beat him in general but he plays
Lei so eh, there you go. I may be able to do better against
him if I really tried but I don't want to even put in the effort.

M3NAC3: Haven't played him in a minute but he got his
Hunter rank off me some time ago. I watched him play
a freind of mine today and he looked a little off BUT
he just seems more consistent than the ones under him.

Risen Glory: This guy is solid, consistent, and a lot of
fun to play. He seems to have all the toys to get the job
done but I think his mind game isn't as solid as the guy
above him.

Cozby: Dood run hots sometimes and cold sometimes. Once
upon a time I used to beat on him just to be anti-Lei.
I used to win a lot but it wasn't easy. I hear
he's evolved into a super saiyan or something since I last
played him so that gives him the edge over...

VF5395: This guy has potential but I just edge him out most
of the time. He tends to be more predictable than the others
and a bigger risk taker. I play Jeff, risks? Not a good idea.

Yeah? Well if they are Cidkid's Holdin it down till they get here.

 

Cidkid did recently win a tourney in Jersey, that had a good amount of talent. Never played his Lei though, he beat both me and Flash with El Blaze.

Just saying with all these top 10 lists though, we should be less worried about that, and more worried about raising the level of competition as a whole. And you do that by attending tournaments.

 

Yeah I totally forgot about Risen Glory. He definitely has all the tools, but he is lacking that killer mentality. The guy is rock solid, but just needs that small touch of confidence he can fuck shit up and he will be set.

I need to hit him up soon for some games. It's been a while!

 

Raising the Level of Comp? How? If that player has a willingness to not accept defeat then he can be on the right track to becoming good. Other than that tournament don't make you good, Practice and patience does.

He's not until he beats me convincingly. Just imo and by my
experience. The people in my list aren't very far apart
honestly. The only thing that seperates Cozby from the others on
my list is more canceling into throw. The others probably should
do this more but they don't need it. The rest of their game is
pretty clean. Seeing throws is at least one thing I
can say I'm decent at. (vs Jeff it costs the opponent dearly)
Wait there's another Lei Fei in:

AkiraZero but I haven't played him enough to put him anywhere
the others on my list I've played off and on for months. As of
right now though he gives me hel, but I also play once a week and
had an almost 2 month hiatus.

There's other Lei Feis like UnCle Pauly and Marlo I could have listed but this list is for Lei Feis worth a damn.

 

i would add smb_is_me to the list his handling of lei is very similar to mines just a slight difference in moves usage.

 

Yah I played him once, I don't really think I can guage anybody after 1 game. I played him once after not playing for a month and won He may be better than what I saw, not that I annihilated him I just didn't see much that left an impression at the time.
