Do any of you guys know the exact amount of frames it takes for you to turn around, from a back turned position?(in Vf:evo). Is it the same for every chracter, or is it character specific?

Just to clarify, it's 5 (I think) frames to turn around from back turned if you use [G]. If you are in BT and you hit [G] you will have to wait for 5 frames before you can actually start guarding attacks. This is why after you use a throw that puts your character behind an opponent you will have a guaranteed attack even though you have only +10 advantage.

There are other ways to turn around from back turned as well: by pressing [8], [2], [4] or by a crouch dash. [8] and [2] will make you character dodge towards or away from the screen. It has some evasive properties (although nothing like an actual evade) and is pretty slow and useless. [4] is the same sort of deal, it does move your character away from the opponent but is pretty slow as well. The crouch dash (away from opponent) though is pretty good. Much quicker than the other options and avoids high attacks and other short range attacks pretty well. Chibita mixes the crouch dash up with his BT attacks. If the opponent hesitates or freezes completely he can exit BT and throw or attack. Can be very useful at times.

another thing to note is that you can crouch in 1 frame from backturned - so if a move leaves you at -7 and BT, and you hold [2][G], you can go under throws while turning around.
