two Oshus in quest mode!?

as anybody ever come across a sarah named Oshu Akira? i found it even more strange (after i got buss up) because i've never even seen Oshu attempt to use sarah let alone get in to quest with her, lol.... the funny thing is that his akira is still there too.

No you were not imagining anything (in VF anyways...), but Ohsu plays as multiple characters in VF.Net at the arcades, so Sega decided to include his two (best) characters in the game, Akira and Sarah.

I am sure he is the only one with multiple characters in the game. There are also a couple players who have switched characters from VF4 to Evolution, such as Mask Dehijtsu who switched from Jacky to Brad.

creates a false impression that he's totally dropped jacky n switched over to brad fulll time in evo.

In fairness...alot of us had this impression in the begining of evo..but, only for a short while~

I was talking in context to the game, in how Sega "allowed" only one character data to be collected *cough*Ohsu*cough*, there are way too many Jacky data already collected by AM2, so he switched to having Brad in Evo. He is the only player who switched characters from VF4 to VF4:Evolution.

When I said he switched to playing Brad, I meant as a primary character. It is the same thing with Chibita, most people say that he plays as Lion, but he also plays a little Kage (and rarely since Ver.C Vanessa). Whenever I say so and so uses X character, I am almost always referring to their primary character.

 

yeah, because arashi wasn't a godly PETE-style jacky in Ver C

and mask de hijitetsu hasn't completely switched back to his normal jacky ownage

i've seen the majority of characters oshu uses, but i have seen zero of his sarah... seems weird to me that oshu would be a sarah and not somebody like brad - having won the last brad scramble at sega am2 and playing pretty damn amazing in the process.

meh, i had to be sure... if anybody has any clips of oshu's sarah, i'd be pleased to see it in action.. cheerz.

These are from beat-tribe. I heard she's his second character or something. All I know is, his Sarah AI is really tough in comparison to the others. /versus/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

 

thanks for that clips, i had no idea oshu used sarah second... i'd have to agree on the heavy CPU, but i think i spent most of the match re-reading the name over and over ^^.
