Hey people,

I got the prices it's £20 per monitor.
For example, if we hire out 5 monitors the cost is shared between 20 people. So it would be £5 per person. This is for the whole day. Which is pretty good I feel.

I've just confirmed that Hatim and Jason are coming along too, so its going to be much cheaper than the Croydon place. However Gamerbase only use monitors which take DVI only so we need 360 VGA cables(Or Hdmi to DVI cables with audio). I've got quite a few vga/dvi converters. Is it possible some people can bring their 360 vga cables?

(Unfortunately the place cannot supply us with them.)

i dont have a VGA cable but i can go out and buy one no probs.
but whats happening about bringing consoles? i could bring mine but id like to hear what other people are doing aswell.

 

That's cool. Bring what you can. I know howl said he could bring his console, I'm happy to bring mine so that makes two consoles already. If anyone else can bring their console down it would be a massive help.

I think we'll need to count how many Xbox 360s are gonna be brought to Gamerbase.

Anyone know how we're gonna get sound? Do that screens have built in sound?

Oh yeah, I'll bring my mem card to see if I can record some matches and put them online before I leave.

 

Yeah I've just found out they don't have in built sound. So now we'll need speakers now. That's 4 consoles now.

 

I plan to bring my memory stick with my VF5 data in it, if it arrives before/by Tuesday, that is.

I have two good portable speakers. I can carry those if we don't have enough speakers.

 

i'l bring my console and a VGA cable now that ive got a good enough bag to bring it all in, i dont have any decent speakers though.
