US VF and Jap VF

    I have a jap version of VF4 and my friend has a US VF4. If I earn items on my Jap version will I be able to bring my items over to his US VF4? I know all the PS2 memory cards are all universal but I dont know if I can bring items from a jap version over to a US version. Anyone know?

    No, the character files are incompatible. However, if you have an EMS adapter, you can hex edit the files to convert from JP to US and vice versa. (Don't ask me how to do that, though, I don't know personally.)
