USB 2.0 extension cables (any lag??)

Anyone know if there is any lag in these? I'm seriously thinking about purchasing an Arcade-in-a-Box stick, but I need a longer chord than 6ft (my TV is a 40" and is pretty high up atop my entertainment center). Just was wondering if I would get a stable, lag free signal when connected to a USB extension cable.

 

I have an extension usb cable for my custom x360 stick. No noticable lag.

 

Thanks dude, where did you get yours? Does it even matter, just as long as it's a USB extension cable?

 

It's the longest one i've found (at least 2,5m but cannot check now). Very cheap - like 5Pounds in London.

 

My cable is 5m long (total) and there's no lag.

 

Thanks for the help guys! Sounds like I can pick up any USB extension cable then, and it will be lag free; as long as there is no lag in the stick/controller I'm using (?).
