Vanessa Infestation

Is it just me, or are these moonwalking, jumpkicking Vanessas starting to become more and more prevelant online? I played this one dude "youuagain" or something like that. He beat me both times by using the most ANNOYING tactics I have ever seen. I've got to give it to the guy, he beat me fair and square- and I guess It was my fault that I gave him no real reason to change his patterns. But damn it was fustrating! And this comes from a guy who hardly ever complains about cheap tactics. (I still believe their is no such thing as cheap- winning is winning)

After I played this guy, I played another Vanessa immediatley afterwards that was dressed IN THE EXACT SAME UNIFORM AND USED THE EXACT SAME STRATEGY. Do these guys meet in secret somewhere and share their cheesy tactics? Fortuantley I was able to beat this guy. Apparantly he had not quite perfected the art of Noobdom just yet. And yes I ground stomped the shit out of him at the end of each round.

I'm just posting this to make sure there are no top secret "cheese stragies" hidden in the black book somewhere. It's either that or there is some ultra-noob that is trying to build an army of moonwalking Vanessas to take over Xbox live.

Cheap vanessas are really easy to kill all you have to do is duck under the the "take that" kick and punish afterwards. This forces a vanessa to get in close and use her mids and you use the advantage you because you expect that. I faced a decently ranked vanessa and all they did was the "take that" kick and the matches were quick and to the point.

 

Take Brad who can reverse both vanessas sidekick and /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif heh.

I'm not sure if you are referring to "Noobessas" or just in general. If you are referring to "Noobessas" then this dude called youuagain or something like that. (as I stated in the original post)
In general I usually host player matches and play whoever cares to join. Lately I've been playing Paper Lion, Supa Dave, and Vanilla Tears somehat often. (these guys are also on my friends list- we always have pretty ggs)

Even though this is somewhat of a "moan" thread, I agree. As I stated in the original post, I give props to this guy for winning, I mean it's not like he used a game shark or anything. I bet if I had had a few more matches with him I would have found a way around his cheese. If only it were player match......
