VF.Net Premium Account Movie Download Troubles

    Hey all - wondering if anyone else out there has signed up for a VF5 VF.Net premium account. I did, but I can't download any movies. I saved replalys, had them rendered, but when I click on the "Download movie" button it says "DOWNLOAD ERROR." Even when I try to download the free sample movie it says "DOWNLOAD ERROR." I emailed the VF.Net help about this but got no response. Anyone else out there have this problem? Thanks!
