I think it's pretty lame how they kept saying "No online virtua fighter, we aren't going to do it until we can guarantee no lag" in every interview and now all of a sudden they're implementing it. I guess we'll have to wait and see if it's any good or unplayable.

 

I still think the developers firmly stick by that choice they made. However, what probably happaned was Sega put some pressure on them and forced them to do it.

 

It is definitely more playable than the nothing we have now.

This changes my plans completely. I had already decided to get a PS3 first. If I don't hear of a PS3 version with online multiplayer then I am going to be forced to get an Xbox 360. This would be great, if the 360's didn't break all the damn time.
