Playing StompOutLoud this afternoon, I sprained the knuckle on my middle finger. I felt the ligament pop back and forth left then right while doing multiple throw escapes (4P+G,1P+G to be exact) There was some swelling and now there's a faint bruise, like when you sprain your ankle. Luckily there's little pain... heh, I kept playing (and losing) for about 12 more games. Anyone else have something like this happen to them while playing a video game?

No VF injuries for me, though I had a sore thumb after playing SF4 for the first time (6 hour session).

I've ended up with a dodgy elbow through VF, had it since last year sometime. Had to have a steroid injection in it once so far, I don't like needles /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

The inside of my right thumb (for guard) tends to get really sensitive and sore sometimes making it frustrating to play. But I should probably stop chewing on it.

+1000 Cool points for you mate. Sax is awesome, I don't know if I have the patience or where I should start though.

One of the better players I knew up in Toronto back in the day once commented that his piano training made button timing easier in VF. Seriously learning and practicing a musical instrument is always a plus IMO.

Pulled the ligament again today playing MotorCityJacky. It was the same motion (4P+G,1P+G)

New house rule! No df throws vs. Yupa![/size]

There's very little pain, but I'm worried that this will happen more often now, like when someone dislocates their shoulder and then has it pop out later because the joint has already been weakened.

    Re: me hairiness...
It really sucked shen I was in the hospital 4 yrs ago. You wouldn't believe how many things they have to tape to you and then remove (err.. rip off) the next day...

Funny (or bad)... I've been training EDTEG as of late. I feel slight discomfort in the same area of my hand.

pain is good. if there's no pain there's no game. i absolutely like pain.. but not too much pain like broken bone or something. pain is good if we can recover for a week.. that's tiklish when near healing..

I think I hurt a ligament in the ringfinger knuckle of my right hand recently. Similar to Yupas injury, although it wasnt as red. I dont think its because of VF though, more likely SC4 or SF4 because I dont use ringfinger while playing VF.. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/blush.gif

I was playing today and I lost a close match and I kicked my coffee table as hard as I could. I thought I broke my foot it hurt so bad but I didn't. I really need to find a better way to vent after a tough loss.
