    There's a VF4 machine at this arcade in Philadelphia, so I've been told.
    I received this news from the manager of the place who posted on shoryuken.com
    He plans to have a large scale arcade fighting tournament on Nov 30 thru Dec 2.
    He wishes to have a VF tourney on Dec 1.
