VF4 Evo at Mind-Boggle arcade in Charlotte, NC

I don't know if I will be able to put time into this because of the crazy semester I am going through, but I will probably play for an hour or two every week if I can. So if anyone in the area is interested, let me know if you want us to get some games going.

I was there when the guy was setting the machine up, so I suggested that he put it to 3 out of 5 rounds and 45 seconds per round. The sticks are decent american style ones. I am not used to them but maybe I will get over it. The button-layout is like the Korean one (I think); all 3 buttons are lined up in a straight horizontal line. Sound is not on yet, but he said he was gonna fix it tomorrow.

By the time it was on I only had a chance to play with Akira a bit and Lion. Seems nice so far. /versus/images/icons/laugh.gif

I actually wasn't thinking they would bring it either, but somehow I had the feeling that it would be there last Friday. So I decided to check it out. I asked the guy who works there and he said that he was hooking it up at the time! /versus/images/icons/laugh.gif

It's in East-land Mall if you know the place.

 

This is unbelievable..... will check it out tommorow, I need to play some Goh, check Jeff's choke slam and threat stance variations, check lion's new shit and just terrorize in general.... this news warms my heart, as I haven't seen a vf machine in way way too long.....

Creed either tell me you're just toying with my emotions or the location of a nearby (charlotte) evo or even "plain ole" VF4 machine and I will be greatly appreciative....

 

Creed is not toying with you man, sorry that I didn't update this as soon as I learned about it. It probably stayed for like a month or something. Too sad, and I was getting used to the american sticks too.... /versus/images/icons/frown.gif Even the regular Version B is not there either...

So again, anyone that was planning to check it out at Mind-Boggle Charlotte, don't bother.

Creed, there is a chance that it's been taken to the Mind-Boggle arcade in Virginia, don't you think? Maybe you can ask around or something....
