The graphics look pretty awesome on PS2. This should silence all the non-believers. All AM2 needed was more time with the PS2 hardware. I'm hoping that the training mode has been improved even more, especially Trial Training.

The Quest map looks interesting as well:

Really can't wait to have those all night long PS2 VF parties. If only, they can get the game out earlier.

Those 2 screen shots look really nice!
    No Jaggies!

Shorter loading times would be great, altho I didnt really mind it in Ver.C...still great tho.

Do u guys know if its on DVD this time?

The only way they get shorter loading times is probably because of the DVD, and maybe some better memory management. The DVD rom reads a lot faster than the CD laser.

Yes I am getting it in March because I am importing, just like how I imported VF4 /versus/images/icons/grin.gif

The loading time before the first match seems just a little faster, but still kinda slow IMO /versus/images/icons/smile.gif. However, loading after going to character select screen after any match is fast, which is good enough, since this is how it's gonna be played anyways; long versus sessions /versus/images/icons/smile.gif.

I guess claims of improved graphics were true. This reminds me of the times AM2 amazed with superior performance of VF2 on Saturn, along with other games.

You can view other images of vf4evo ps2 @

game impress about a quarter way down.

Even at this resolution, I think it's too early to say.

But I have to say that in the second pic, the character portraits seem jaggier than the graphics in the character select box area. Of course, those portraits aren't made of polys, so even if it's true... who cares.

Looking forward to picture perfect gameplay.

Funny you call Akira ugly with Goh right in front of him.

Not that I rate other guys "attractiveness", but when a man says another man is ugly...you best believe he UGLY.
