I'm wondering if anyone has any reliable info on a release date for VF4 on the PS2... the best I could do is confirming it's on the release shedule at ps2.ign.com -- it's listed under "October, November, December 2001".

That seems a little early I would probally say first or second quarter of 2002.

yeah I agree... the vagueness of the category ("October, November, December...") doesn't fill me with confidence. They may as well have a category called "Actually We Have No Idea" :meh:

Given that the arcade version is just being released now, it wouldn't make much sense to bring out the home version before 2002. Most accounts (which are pretty old) list Spring or Summer 2K2 for a release date. Personally, given the seasonal nature of the videogames industry (in the US), I'd be surprised to see VF4 come home before next August or September.

    Mid-TO Late March

I have checked with the local video game distrubutors here in the Washington DC area, and all of them have told me that VF4 is going to be released in March, and they gave the same date, although I'm having a bad memeory, I recall they said March 28th? So I am hoping they come through with that plan, I am in need of a VF4 Fix =)

Hmmm I thought November 2001 sounded too good to be true :) I just hope an arcade machine turns up in LA sometime soon!

March is also what I've heard from SOA.
