Thanks to Satomix, a VF4-player friend of Gifu, Gifu, Japan,
here's the seiyuu (voice actor) list of VF4 for arcade.

    Miki Shin'ichirou
    Tsujimura Mahito
    Takayama Minami
    Chiba Shigeru
    Kumagaya Nina
    Sakai Tetsuya
    Sakurai Takahiro
    Mitsuyoshi Takenobu
    Eric Kelso
    Jeff Manning
    Dennis Gun
    Colleen Lanki
    Yuko Florence Yunokawa
    Donna Burke
    Claire O'Connor
    Marcus Hood
    Ryan Drees

    http://www.page.sannet.ne.jp/satomix/vf4/seiyuu.jpg

The list in the staff roll at the end of the game doesn't
specify who voices whom, but based on the lists of the
previous VF games, Kumagaya Nina is probably Umenokouji Aoi
again, and Takayama Minami probably replaces Iwao Junko as
    Pai Chan.

In return, Satomix wants to know who in the above list is
    Jerky's seiyuu?

What I want to know is... how could Dennis Gun or Jeff Manning or Eric Kelso record, in good conscience, the phrase "I've done handcuffed lightning!"???

There are only 14 characters in VF4 and since Kage's mum(Dural) doesn't talk anymore so that makes it 13. How come there are so many seiyuus in VF4?

Well, there's the announcer, too. And IIRC (Judging from the times when I've actually been able to hear the in-game music) some of the tracks have vocal bits as well.

and who knows what audio could also be stored on the board, right?

I wonder if any of those credits belong to some of the VF4 test voices. For those who ever played the test versions, you gotta love Jacky's "Come On Baby!" in a totally different voice too! Of course, it was annoying to hear it after every successful kickflip too.

Most all of AM2's fighters I've seen have lots of unused voice samples in the sound tests. I'm told some of these are saved for certain circumstances which an arcade operator could set a game to run under (tournaments, special editions for events, etc.)...

The unused voices in VF2 are especially amusing. "Why has fate put us in the ring together?"

Mitsuyoshi Takenobu , this is kage's voice actor.
and the guy who usually does the music tracks for all vf games. (hear him sing in the song "break away" heh)

heh, that reminds me of all the voice tracks i've heard which aren't in the actual game..

like in VF2's sound test options(saturn), jeffrey's 3rd phrase sounds like..
    "Itchyyyy Buuuuuuuummmm!!......"

i was on the floor laughing when i first heard that (^_^).....

    Ichi ban! == Number One!

I played VF4 Sunday morning in a quiet arcade for once and noticed something I hadn't heard before as Sarah finishes her kick tornado throw. She says "Go back home!" as she lands the last kick to the chest =)

Eric V Kelso also voiced Slash in Slash Out, another arcade game by Sega, according to the staff list at the end of that game.

BTW, I usually ignore non-Japanese seiyuu, unless I know them or have met them before, but I'm trying to find out who's Jerky's seiyuu for Satomix han.
