VF4 Stages

I don't know about anyone else but my test machine in London (Bayswater) has only 10 stages but you fight 12 (everyone except Vanessa) fighters meaning that Shun-Di and Sarah share their stage with Le-Fei and Lion respectively.

So two stages are missing because everyone get their own pad, that's the rules right? Well, some of the stages don't "fit" to me. By this I mean they don't "feel" like the characters stage. An example of a good match would be Jacky's, It's at night on a roof of a sky scraper with the Empire state building in the far distance. Very cool, very USA no problems there. Kage's is also good, a secret/mysterious training groung/shrine with lots of leaves and a waterfall, very Ninja, just like his VF2 stage.

But, when you look at Lion and Sarah's stage, it's a dead ringer for Sarah's glorious VF2 stage the collisium, lightning, pillars, it's all there. It's all Sarah. So, where does Lion fit into this? Well, if you get to Akira you'll see that his stage is in a middle of a dock at night surrounded by a row of beautiful "European" Villas with a light house in the background. Now i'm no geography expert but that sounds like the South of France to me. Even the music (by VF4 standards) is much more "up beat" and "funky" than the usual Akira type music. This all leads me to believe it's in fact Lion's stage (him being French is also a point).

Shun-Di and Lei-Fei both fit into the same bracket (eastern martial artist) so either one could own the stage.

Well, I could be wrong but it does make some sence.

Remeber when I was playing against your Sarah and countered your kickflip with Aoi? Remember how impressed you were that I'd 'pulled it off'? Remeber how I insisted that I was doing her knee/elbow counter? Well that's exactly what I was doing 'coz it now counters kickflips aswell!!!

Really?!! Curses!!! I hope thats a bug! Sarah's Kickflip has been diluted enough already! Sheesh, I would have had you then! as I believe you won that match. I'm going to be at Bayswater tomorrow (Tuesday from 2 till I run out of cash) to improve my skills. You won't be so lucky next time! Hohoho.
