VF4Evo Character Emblems

    I've only played VF4Evo so forgive my idiocy, but who is the character represented by the last character emblem on the second row? I know from reading some discussions that the second to last is Taka, but nothing about the other guy.

    I think the name is chiba or somthing!
    It is one of the character from VF1!
