VF5 PS3 "Easter Egg"?

Well kinda, not really. Same as the one in VF4 Evo at least. Hold down "O" after the saved data loads when booting and you will hear "SEEEEGAAAAA!"

Yea I just found this today too. My girlfriend said she missed it when it would say "SEEEEEEEGAAAAAA", and I remembered you could do it in Evo, so I tried it and it worked.

Now to figure out how to use custom characters in the real-time demos...

Found another easter egg. Customize a wolf, el blaze, or eileen (or all three), then go to VF.TV and select Movie Theater. Highlight either the wolf/blaze or eileen demo, hold LEFT on the d-pad, and press X. You'll hear a sound and when the movie loads, the characters will be wearing your custom outfits!

i think I tried every other possible button combination. It probably only works with those characters because those are the demos they were built for. It wouldn't make much sense to see Akira doing eileen's "monkey dance" /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif but it would be hilarious

one more note about this easter egg. The custom costume will always be the "main" costume, so if you wanted to see Eileen in outfit type C, you would need to change the costume main/sub settings so that type C is the main.

 

A quick and easy way to get money or gold:

When you fight the final opponent in the arcade mode (not dural). Keep loosing to him/her, so you get 50 gold every loss.

After you get tired of loosing, save the game and then go into the quest mode and notice how you gained money.

D: get all six orange orbs (dragonballs,,,or what ever you call them)

There are more costumes to be unlocked by winning fights. So, when you go into the store and not see many things to buy; that means you need to unlock them by wining some certain fights.

 

At 50g a loss, I only need to lose 100 times to afford the light plate!

 

No, to afford the light plate you would need to lose 1000 times. The light plate is always the most expensive item in the shop at 50,000g (at least in my experience, I haven't seen all characters yet).
