I've only gotten 3 Diamond Items for Wolf. Since yesterday all my item-matches has given me gold, it seems there are no more items left, than those in the shop =(

Unless you get an item when you become higher rank than Vanquisher.

Emblem: 81.7%
item: 98.7%
Players: 83.8%

Current rank for the past week: Liberator. (I haven't even gone up experience at all)
Completed the final Tournament.

So if I have to go up a rank to get more items... how do I go up a rank ^_^;

You will know... you'll see female sonic holding a red balloon speeding from one arcade to another.

it's just a Hot balloon... you'll know when you see it.

 

Beating the world tournament finals will show credits, but thats all. You can continue quest after that normally.

Hmm that's weird. I had both my win and loss record end with the digit of 5 and I got the balloon. Oh and I have the Japanese version of the game, but that shouldn't matter, right?

I did this like 10 times with blaze and I never got a balloon, and out of 5 times i got it only once with Shun.

I wish it was a little less random ;_;

ladon, try this:

either USA/japanese release, doesn't matter.

have your loss digit ending at 7. And your Win digit ending at 7.
win 10 times, with no Item matches. If item match comes up, retire to arcade and rejoin. If a tournament pops up, ignore it.

let's say you got the win first at the 7 final digit and your loss is still not 7, go ahead and lose until it's at 7, once done, retire to the map. So it doesn't matter if you win / loss first, as long as loss and win last digit is at 7.

You will then immediately see a pink sonic holding a heart balloon, running from one arcade to another.

I never gotten the titles:"Vanguisher, barbarian , etc though."
So the higher the title, the more items?

is it just me or does the computer seem easier in vf5's quest than in evo's?

They are a lot easier. I play on NORMAL difficulty in QUEST MODE, just to get my hands on item's. I've had a Giant Swing broken 3 times, out of 500 fight's, I guess that answers your question. It's a lot easier overall, no more 5-way throw escape's by 1st Dan AI character's.

yea, we kinda figured out it has nothing to do with rank, but with the last digit of the wins/losses.

Does the ballon need to be above a specific arcade?
