VF5 turnaus Winter assembly Tampere 21.2.2009

Even though chances of someone noticing this from here are very slim, im posting it anyway.

There is a sponsored official VF5 tournament at Winter assembly 2009, Tampere, Finland.. (Assembly is a large LAN held 20.-22.2)

Date or tournament: saturday 21.2
VF5 and Project Gotham racing tournaments scheduled to start at roughly 4pm (16:00).

Organiser is Peliliiga.

You have to buy at least the normal ticket which costs 25 euros in order to get into the venue and participate. The tournament itself is free to my knowledge.

note: this is not related to WCG 2009 qualifiers, those are organised during the summer assembly in august 6th-9th.

 

Note: Qualifiers seem to start as early as saturday 11:30 am.

Apparently 400 euro moneyprize, trophy and diploma for me, very nice. Unfortunately, no match videos captured at all.
