Was never a problem for previous releases.
Hell, by most reports players bought consoles JUST so they could practice at home a bit easier before going to the arcade for all previous games.

Does anyone know what counts as a "sale" for the sales figures that matter to Sega when they decide the budget for the next Virtua Fighter game? That is, must a purchase include the downloadable content as well as the "core" game in order to be recorded as a "sale" for the statistics? Or is it just a bonus?

VF6 with Ryo as a playable character? Yes please!

6 would have to bring something new to the table. I wouldn't want a drastic change to the system, more like giving the characters more specific interactions or even (I shudder at the controversy) a story mode.

I do wonder if Taka's no float-combos is a testbed for VF6.

A curious concept, to be sure.
