    No, it is not possible to play between PS3 and PS4.

    In fact, VF5FS in Yakuza 6 only has a local versus mode, and no built-in online play whatsoever.

    It was previously thought that you could emulate online versus by using the PS4 SharePlay feature, but reports suggest the latency with this feature would make the game practically unplayable.

    Read the old news announcement VF5FS in Yakuza 6 has Online Play for more information.
