    Brad vs Eileen
    http://vision.ameba.jp/watch.do?movie=1006643

At 01:37 we see that you can still struggle out of the clinch. The Brad player was just idle; my guess is that he/she was trying to use /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/u.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif and was caught out. I think this is good evidence for proving that he can no longer use those directions, it would've helped if the clip contained his stick motions so we'd know for sure.

At 01:47 we finally see slipping /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif hit on a counter followed by the canned low /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif which hit normally. There seems to be no additional effect but they hit for solid damage in my opinion and with the potential for mix ups with slipping /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif I'm pleased with them.

The final sequence of this Brad vs Jean movie shows the Mighty Knee Upper (Sway Back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif), but unfortunately it's the KO hit so we don't get to see it's true hit effect.

But what I particularly like is the fact that the Mighty Knee Upper avoided the retaliatory low punch after Brad's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, and then hit it during recovery. A tool to deal with low punches from Sway Back is gladly received!

Some interesting combos in this Brad vs Eileen vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dawBlla-oJ4

Mach Punch @1:09 and we get to see Sway Back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif hit on block @1:18 and cause what looks like the same stagger from VF5's LD /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif.
I'm loving the bounce (flop?) from /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif while opponent is in the air, followed by /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif.

Adio, I can't watch that vid. Did it get deleted?

Some cool and stylish combos in this one too, I was happy to see that Brad still had LD /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+ /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif now he has 2 punches from stance that stagger and two charge moves from stance that stagger. More please /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif
/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif comboed! @1:42, don't know if it was because of the stagger or maybe Jean hit the wall after the second /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (didn't look like it) or if it's the new properties of that move that if you connect the first hit, the next two are guaranteed... or maybe the combo counter is broken >X(
That would be pretty cool if it's a real combo now.

@Myke, yeah it sucked how he used that move twice but the very first time Jean was in the air and the second time it was the final hit. I'm really curios about that move's properties now.

Yeah, good thing I saved it to my PC. I'll see if I can upload it to youtube when I get back from work.

Sway back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is slick! I'll miss the old kick's range but if libertine's info is correct I'm assuming it will inflict a "vital area" crumble like sway right /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, regardless of hit type, that's just fine with me. The more knees the merrier.

"Mighty Knee Upper"?! Are you trying coin a phrase Myke?

After watching it again, the 3 hits are due to /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif (stagger and wall hit) /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif. The final low /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif didn't register as a combo, otherwise it would total 4 hits. So, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif is not a natural combo (unfortunately) /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

    Nope, it's the official name.

    http://dogalog.excite.co.jp/viewvideo.jspx?Movie=48347944/48347944peevee185759.flv

0:38 - We finally see Brad's new /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/db.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif connect. It looks like it was a normal hit. It made the opponent bend over low, though I'm not sure if it causes the opponent to enter a crouching state. This move looks like it could be a good setup for Ducking /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif.

1:16 - A light down attack connected after /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. It didn't in an earlier clip, though it may be possible that the Brad player didn't attempt it with the fastest timing.

2:00 - The Brad player attempted /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. The last hit whiffed, but the player may have been acting off of past experience of a successful combo. Maybe it would have worked if the foot position was different or if it was attempted on a lighter character. Brad's slam combos are reportedly different, and I'm wondering what they are now.

End of the match, Brad ringed Jean out over a low wall with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif Very interesting /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/confused.gif

Here's the Brad vs Eileen clip that was deleted from Ameba Vision:

At 01:47 you can see slipping /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif hit.

It looks like Brad has advantage on hit after that low. Not sure yet but if that's the case: nice!

I'd like to refer back to this video:

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NmYxfqoN_EA

1:15 - Brad uses /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif on Jean on a recovery counter hit for 79 damage. I don't know everything about his Kao Loy, so perhaps someone else can answer the following questions. Does this mean that when Brad guards a move that leaves his opponent at -17, he can perform this combo? Would Jean have been launched as high if Kao Loy connected on normal hit?

Lol, I got that from Bernie Mac /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/laugh.gif Nice catch on the Kao Loy, that is def something to hope for. Brad's knee shoulda been better than Jeffry's knee from the getgo (wishful thinking).

I went back in this thread and I re-read about how there was a change to /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif I think one of the changes (might be the only change) is that it will ring out over a half-wall now.
That is a damn good change, hopefully it still does the same amount of damage... or more /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/grin.gif

    1:35 - Brad's SR/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gifDucking/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif looks like it does less damage.

1:39 - Brad's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif still knocks down on any hit. Yay! He continues with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif for a closed foot position combo. The combo turns out to be 2 points less damaging than it was in VF5.

1:46 - The Mighty Knee Upper floated the opponent on what looked like a mC. You might be able to follow up with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif. Pai vs Brad
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WCYX8LN7sDU

    1:08 - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f_.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif CH -> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif -> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif -> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif (78 pts)

    1:57 - /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif -> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif -> /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/uf.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif (82 pts) off a CH against Light Weights. I like it!

2:32 - Brad guards Pai's /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif and tries to counter with /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif but it doesn't seem to have enough range and misses. I'm not sure if Brad entered the attack at the fastest time however.

I'm not quite certain yet but this is the second time that I've seen Brad player go into Slipping after K+G (@2:52).
I didn't bring it up the first time I saw it bc it looked like it was just a manual input from the Brad player but this time it looks so much more fluid.
Like I said, I don't know if this is the case or not but I hope it is.

Tony, quit torturing yourself, it's been known since the 2nd page of this thread that you can slip/duck from /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smile.gif

    Haha, that's awesome! Can't believe I overlooked that, d'oh!
Now I'm even more curious about K+G's properties. It used to be 0 on normal hit and knockdown on CH but I'd gladly give up knockdown just to be at +5, at least on CH.
OP? Brad can never be OP, AM2 still owes him for how gimped he was in EVO X)

Yeah, the "good stuff" being that hunting middle on side normal hit guarantees /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif.

    Nice.

    mudanadoryokusuki also posted:
    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xjJmqxc3968

In his investigation he attempts to crouch under throws after certain attacks are guarded to show what can be fuzzy guarded.

/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/b.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif, and /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif can all be fuzzy guarded. For comparison, previously /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif and /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/f.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif could only be fuzzy guarded with a crouch dash. Now in R a simple crouch works.

Sway Back /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif and Slipping Left /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif can't be fuzzy guarded.

So for those attacks that can be fuzzy guarded with a simple crouch, you assume the disadvantage is no worse than -5. To see if it's any better than -5, he tries to counter hit a knee with a /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/d.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif (12fr). At -5, the low punch loses, but -4 or better and the low punch wins.

You can see that a low punch after /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/df.gif/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif or /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif beats knee, so these are at -4 after guard. Low punching after the other attacks lost to the knee, so they'd be at -5 on guard.

Finally you can see that /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/k.gif+/forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/g.gif SL /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/p.gif beats a knee on Guard.
