VF5US at #8 on IGN's "The 10 Best Fighting Games"

IMO his ranking is bizarre and missing a couple games. Even though the dude says he only includes one game from a genre he didn't really do that.

And how can Soul Calibur not be in the top 10 of best fighting games ever made.

The list should have been more like:

1. Virtua Fighter 4 EVO
2. Soul Calibur II
3. Tekken 6
4. Mortal Kombat IX
5. Street Fighter 3 (3rd Strike)
6. DOA 5LR
7. Guilty Gear Strive
8. King Of Fighter XIII
9. Skull Girls
10. Killer Instinct

Dragon Ball Z and Marvel vs Capcom maybe gets an honorable mention here

 

This maybe heresy but Virtua Fighter 5 Final Showdown is the best game in the series for me

 

SoulCalibur is not in that list, but Tekken made it? Lol!

 

Any Top 10 Fighting games of all times that does not include a Soul Calibur entry is not a legitimate Top 10 list. Plain and simple.
