You get a combo after [2_][4][P][+][G] and Hakkeshou[P][+][G]

I am looking and the nerf to 46 P+K makes it a little weaker than it was in FS.
hoping someone has found something better

But pretty much seems optimal to hit P, PPKK for 59 damage (normal hit)
Tried the new move 66PK. you can hit P, 66PK for 54, and 9KK if the opponent is sleeping but its techable.

    what have I missed?

What do you mean by this? The current launch is the exact same as it was in FS. It was only a stomach crumple for one month between the revo beta / US 2.0 launch and revo launch / US 2.1.

Which should still make it stronger than FS as it still retains the improved ability to go under highs.

Was messing around with it. Not tested on everyone. Against many characters, I can get:

[P][2][P][9][K][K] for 60? (from memory, so I could be wrong)

Against Jeffry specifically, most of the time I can get [6][K][P][4][K][6][6][K][+][G]

have you tested it? I am talking about reaction on hit. It has further pushback now, so some combos don't work the same way.

Huh? I did test it but only briefly. I didn't realize they are further away.

Tried this on Akira. It worked. Also, I asked this on discord, but I don't think anyone ever posted, but what's the move that she does from back turned that bounds when she does the 2 kicks? I saw videos of it in the wall combo showing off the WsP+K buff.

There used to be a lot of 3P combos you can do but you now have to quickly do 5P for most combos.

Yeah, that all looks about right, other than just PPKK and other P strings.

I think you can 66P,K in place of 9KK, still working on scenarios where 66P,K should be used.

looking back at this awesome combo, I don't know if it still works.

I'm skipping ahead to a repeatable wall setup with 4p, wr K or 466P+K, then while rising P+K, 7K (bounce), P, 46K+G (bounce)

This is where it's different, you don't get a wall hit from 466P+K or 46KK, they fall away first.
Tried on Akira for parity, and Jean another mid weight. same stage.

For these the combo starter is K
if you're near the wall, it will wall hit and no juggle, so you have to either KK and down P (61), or PK for 54, and choice to go into stance.

With Hakkeshou[P][+][G] , [K] would not normally land as a combo, unless close to a wall I think. Usually it connects on the 15th frame instead of 14. I have been practicing getting 0-frame delay [6][6][P][K] after catch throw lands.

Very cool I'll try 66p, but I did test opponent guarding then K in open space and it worked

This was a pretty cool video on last patch in beta but a lot of stuff doesn't seem to work now
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u_lMMoHc-5k

Anyone able to get the 66PK (on side hit) > P > Combo now?
They seemed to have increased the recovery on sspk so you can't follow up in time

On counter hit and to opponent’s back side rather than stomach. Not 100% sure, just some quick tests.

I was barely able to get P > 9KK at a certain spot from 466P+K's crumple stun. Feels odd

So actually reading the Japanese text, it should only work on certain medium and lightweight characters on a side hit at back side (not stomach side). Counter hit is not needed.

I was able to get a [P] to combo after [6][6][P][K] side hit (back side) on:
JN, JA, GO, BR, LA, LE, KA, LI, SH, VA, BL ...

Not able to get it to work on:
TA, JE, WO, AK... SA, PA, AO, EI

damn sounds like its super situational, to be reliable. Big nerf.
Still looking to incorporate this move more into regular play but not seeing much
