VFOnline: The Magic Hour

Yo, after itching for more VF in general. I started doing more offline stuff only
to realize that it made me fiend more for VF online or offline. Needless to say Online VF is a ghost town for the most part. I suggest maybe, just MAYBE we can designate a magic hour where people will try to be on to play VF online.

That's all the shakedown was really, just an excuse to get people together.
If anyones down to figure out some magic hour during the week, lets do it.
I don't care if it's a lot of people or not so many people as long as we can
increase the amount of people that are on at any given time and that they
ROTATE.

Rotation is the key. Well give me thoughts.

 

10:30 Eastern till 11:30 eastern

Well if 10:30 Eastern US time is Magic Hour what days? I personally try to play like 5 matches max before switching or looking for someone else to play. I think this could help the magic hour keep its "magic." When people get locked up in their personal scrimmages the place is just dead.

 

So hows Wednesdays for a magic hour? Just have a bunch of blokes and we'll
just play best of 3's and keep switching around never playing the same person more
than 3 games? If you're down I'm thinking around 9 PM.

I'm up for this! I need to play a more diverse selection of people. I can count the number of people I player match with on one hand.

That I don't know, 11 eh Tee? Mebbee lets see how things go at 9. I know at 11 I'm getting close to the z's but that's because I'm old hah.

For me, the "magic hour" is around 6AM Central. That's when all the Japanese players are usually starting to get on. Sure there's a lot of lag, but there are also a lot of good matches, and it gives me a chance to practice my Japanese. Plus, while most of the Japanese players are not really pro level, there are virtually no garbage players. Pretty much all of them at least try to play the game right, even if they're not that good.

 

We should do this separate for Europe please...
1am UK = 3am here, chances for me are NIL. Plus I just dont want to fight across atlantic..

Id propose something like 9pm UK time for us Europeans.. Idea is good however.
