VFTV Xbox Live how comes?

how comes all this shit aint online to download, i thought the initial purpose of VFTV was to watch matches from all over the world, im not even asking for streaming feeds it would just be nice if they had some kind of function to upload your match vids ala halo 3

That becasue the Online Mode was never carefully thoughout. ITs was just a shoe in.This game don't even have rooms much less a change character online setting.

As unbalance as DOA4 is The online Mode is the best i've seen for any fighter.

 

^^^ i have to disagre with that. there being no lobby is to reduce lag and there originally being no rematch was for there to always be a challenger.

they kept the 360 release back for months to perfect it, online play was not a shoe in at all.

each input in doa4 lasts most probably 3 times longer than vf5 inputs, so lag isnt anywhere near as noticable.


as for seeing friends replays, like i said they need a halo 3 system of sum sort or atleast a website, ....or atleast a system LOL

 

I agree completely. The ONLINE mode for VF5 on XBOX360 is very good. If you have a pretty good connection the gameplay doesn't suffer much at all. I'm extremely happy with the online mode. I bet a lot of people out there wouldn't still be playing so much if there was no online. Fighting other people will keep this game going well for a LONG time.

 

The online play of VF5 is very good. The online functionality and features is very craptacular.

 

yeah I don't know how I would have been able to reach the level I'm at right now if not for online play. Granted it's no replacement for going out to a tournmanet, but it sure as hell is a close second.

 

The ability to see other people's games online something even DOA4 has but not VF. This feature is something I hope is in the next patch because it would really give some incite as to how good people are before you play them.

If one could link 2 specific 360's online and allow the 2 players to see the replays of each other and even trade them like when 2 PC's are networked together and the 2 PCs can share any file with each other at will. Even control the other PC from anywhere. I don't think MS will go that far for security reasons but it would be cool to see other people's games through the other person's 360 and your 360 sends the images to you through the screen you are using that would be cool but not likely to happen anytime soon.

i'm probably the biggest fan of replays,
i've saved over 100 of them..

however, that said.

i don't think people really care that much
about them...why should they add an unpopular
feature? there are much bigger things they
could be working on..

I enjoy the replays as long as the two players know what they are doing, if it seems amature level of play then I don't care for it, but if the matches are proffesional with crazy outfits then I would love to see it. If you give the people the VFTV matches they will be able to pick the matches. So in my opiniion it should be there.
