Just wanted to say I think it's really cool how the new trailer's comment section is flooded with people wanting international release compared to like a handful of Japanese comments ^^

 

For the love of god, this HAS to come out on consoles. Eileen's new stuff looks so awesome, I refuse to believe I'll never get a chance to use it.

Has anyone heard anything that might indicate a mention of Final Showdown at E3? So far I haven't found any. If they are holding out on an announcement until TGS, that would make it very unlikely we'd see a console release before the end of the year.

 

Reliable info aside, I just have a tough time trusting Sega to do the right thing. Plans can and do change. The way I look at it, the sooner they make an official announcement and commit to it, the better.

 

I don't trust Sega, but I trust LA Akira.

 

Apologies if this has already been mentioned; is it normal for Sega to use the English words “Coming Soon” at the end of a game trailer and then not release it in English speaking countries?

I'm sure the VF5 FS trailer has less angle on the camera and I'm quite sure the characters are closer to the front clip plane and bigger on screen than in 5 or 5R (ie zoomed in, not out)

But it might just be the result of a change in viewing frustum for performance reasons; either way I'm sure AM2 are trying to make it the best it can be.

 

What are you talking about. I am looking forward to this. This is going to be SO much better that Tekken 6 customizations. Come on Sega, hurry up before Namco get there act together.

To be really honest they look like crap. (Maybe except Akira one.) Adventures games on 360 have more detailed, better modeled, and less-mannequin looking characters these days.
