    When I'm not playing VF I'm playing GG:AC. Game is fucking amazing, its like the VF of 2D games when it comes to depth and complexity.

    Edit: Maybe even more so with the possibilities stemming from the proper use of roman cancels, false roman cancels, burst, etc. etc... to make a long story short. If you haven't played this game go buy it NOW. Its 29.99 new (in the US) for the PS2.

    Wasn't Tekken 5 broke as heck because of the crush system, juggles, and the 5 God tier characters(Devil Jin, Steve, Nina, Bryan, and Feng)? Besides, Tekken 6 is probably just as bad or even worse because of the bound system, item moves, juggles, God tier characters(Bob and Kazuya), etc.. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/sick.gif

    at least i'll have good comp for both ggac and vf5 when i go to japan next summer.

    honestly, i'm surprised at the games ggac overlaps with in the us. most og gg players come from 3s/tekken while most new ones come from smash bros. it's crazy i tell you!

    @Kristina-Well, it looks like Namco will be thorwing a wrench in your plans so to speak, for Tekken 6: Bloodline Rebellion will be coming out in December. lol

    Anyways, I'm not really surprised that SF IV and VF V are that low...Considering all of the top games are the highly-fast paced, combo-centric fighters...Well, excluding Gundam that is...

    I hope this "combo-fad" in Japan will eventually die out and traditional fighters will reign supreme again...

    Yep, Namco may be trying to keep the game from getting stale(Too bad that started in T5...), so they'll probably give 6 the 'Dark Resurrection treatment"...A couple new characters, remixed stages, etc...

    This is all speculation about what they'll add of course, we'll have to wait till later this month to see if anything worthwhile is changed with the overall game engine...

    Well, it looks like people want to play juggle-happy fighting games instead of a fast-paced fighting game where you sit down and take time to learn a character. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/frown.gif

    By the way, I'm probably guessing that some broken, God tier characters like Bob and Kazuya are getting the nerf hammer and low tier characters who couldn't deal damage worth crap like Xiaoyu and Marduk are getting beefed up. Amirite? /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

    Oh of course, in fact, expect Baek and Ganryu to get beefed up to top as well...There's Namco's idea of balance I suppose...

    I'm not saying he's weak. I just said he was nerfed from DR and had alot of problems that made him low tier in T6. Xiaoyu was the character that couldn't deal damage worth crap and suffered from SC3 Talim syndrome in T6. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/smirk.gif
