If Sarah and Stella were to both be in VF6, I would love for them to play wildly differently from one another. I already mentioned how I would love to have Stella play like VF5 REVO Sarah with all the classic strengths and weaknesses present in that character. Conversely, actual Sarah could have an entirely different playstyle where her offense primarily centers around momentum and turn stealing as opposed to mix-ups and pressure. I would love for VF6 to completely rework the properties of true Sarah's old moves along with adding new ones to complement a style like this.

With all of that said, there is no guarantee this will happen. Sarah could very well be removed from the VF roster for the foreseeable future. I would love to see Stella and Sarah in the game with completely diverse fighting styles, but it is up to the future to determine if such a dream will become a reality.

I'm hoping at summer game fest, more of VF6 will be shown? If not, I'll settle for VF5 Revo release date for consoles

No VF6 gameplay, no R.E.V.O. release date

At least I got Wolf, Armor King, and Alex back ;)

When is it. And I'm guessing at the very least a release date for VF5 Revo on consoles which I'm hoping is a shadow drop

I think EVO USA is early August, and yes anticipating a release date for REVO console might be a good bet, but hopefully a new teaser (VF Direct 2025 Summer ?) for VF6 too !

Would be cool to see another stage with gameplay explanations.
For the change, if they show a short footage of match maybe this time show Wolf and the new guy from last shadow teaser. Would be cool, right ?

On a special stage at the SEGA/ATLUS booth at the Tokyo Game Show 2025!

SEGA CORPORATION will broadcast a stage event related to the 『New VIRTUA FIGHTER』 project, the newest installment of the Virtua Fighter series, on
VF’s official YouTube channel on Thursday, September 25, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. (JST) onwards.

At a stage event held at the SEGA/ATLUS booth at the Tokyo Game Show 2025, producer Riichiro Yamada and battle director Yosuke Takeda will analyze some of the newly reborn combat systems from the game’s latest battle video released the day before. Ready to welcome Mr. Tokido, the world’s top pro gamer as a guest.

So, from what I understand, there will be a gameplay video released the day before TGS (would it be during the RGG event?). The producers will tell us and analyse about the reborned system gameplay. We can think that Tokido could be one of the players playing the demo video but it's not certain.

In short : A lot of informations to come and we have all the reasons to be hyped about the event :)))
(Ps : hope for some Wolf or new characters gameplay for the change )

Any chance of another update of any kind at Evo France?. If not, I'm guessing the next time would be game awards?

I think the game would be more unique and challenging if there were no health bars this time around.

Looking at the trailers made me see stuff lol

People are speculating that a point-based system may be replacing health meters in the new "Uprising" mode. Things like counterhits, combo damage , or backturned hits may score more points. In the 4Gamet.net interview, the devs said they want "Uprising" mode to change the way fighting games are played , the way Battle royal games changed first person shooters.

Can we expect more news about the game in the latter part of 2025 ?

Perhaps a new character reveal trailer or a gameplay teaser ?

It would be exciting to get regular screenshots of the game to spark speculation. I wonder why studios don’t do this anymore. They used to release screenshots frequently as a marketing strategy to build anticipation gradually, avoiding a lack of surprises. A single video can spoil everything at once, diminishing the fun of discovering the game bit by bit.
